Trying to make sense of this stupid new "Answers" arrangement.?

Question

I asked this one earlier and got two replies.  The problem is that when I have answered a question there is no box "Submit" to use, so that if I click on another question my answer disappears.
One of the answers I got said that there was half a blue box at the bottom of the "Answer" box and clicking on that would submit my question - unfortunately there is no such half blue box on my screen!  The other one said that while she had never had that problem she knew of several people who had, and referred me to a link where someone is trying to collect signatures to request that Yahoo return to the earlier version, which worked perfectly well - if you would like to help, the link is

That  is  just  another   bug  with  the  new  format  and   many  have  asked about  it.

When  there  isn't  even  that  small  strip of  blue what  you do is hold down the Ctrl key and Click the minus key and it will show up.
 To return to the same font size just hold down the Ctrl key and click the + key.

There  are   3  places  on  here   created  by  staff  to  voice  your  opinions  on  the  new  format  so  an  off  site  one   is  not  going  to  help  at  all.

i do see the Submit button on the right side of the answer box.

The missing Submit button may be a bug.  You can report this on the Suggestions board.

As much as i hate the new Yahoo Answers format, i will not be signing any petitions.  Other people have tried with these petitions and failed.  The best thing to do if you do not like the new Yahoo Answers or Yahoo Mail is to find a new site or email provider.

i don't know why anyone would want to waste their time getting angry, complaining and writing petitions when there are so many alternatives out there.

I had the new format for one day, and rather liked it. There was a blue Submit button for every question I answered - though sometimes I did have to scroll down to see it. The problem lies with the device you are using, which is apparently unable to show the whole screen.

but there is very clearly a blue box that says "submit" to the right of the question box. I will click it in a moment to send this.  NO. We dont want to be signing any petitions.  There are a few changes the Trolls dont like.

My old IE8 will not work with the new form, I didn't get the submit button and the continue button did nothing when trying to ask, I have had to install 'chrome' to use the new Yahoo, a complete pain

IF the page hasn't loaded properly, copy what you have written then refresh the page and see if the Blue Button has appeared and past your answer again
