Best Exercises & Best Diet?

I'm 5'6 145lbs of muscle. I want to gain about 15 more pounds to be at 160. Its difficult for me to gain weight. What other methods are there to get more calories or what is some great food to consume to gain the pounds?

Also what are the best exercises to do if you can narrow it down to only those few exercises as apart of your routine?

    Peanut butter, olive oil, any bro food really but also ice cream's pretty good and tasty and look up flexforall or physiques of greatness on youtube they have great exercises there
