Those refs just love the whistle. Nah, man just kidding. It depends on how much contact was made on a play. Mabey there was a hit or slight illegal play that occurred.

Cause most of the drives gets a lot of contact therefore the Refs anticipate it then blows a whistle even if there's no contact happened.
