Shouldn't the creationists be in the science section explaining how all the scientists are wrong? Why R&S?

lol, they know they're wrong and that serious scientists or those truly interested aren't going to listen to their nonsense rants...BTW, hi!

Creationism is a religion--that's why isn't NOT in the science section.

There is no Professor of Creation Science in any college or university supported by state or federal funds. It truly died with the discovery of DNA, and it got renamed as ID. Except any study of anatomy will prove that there was no intelligence in the design of animals.... the human spine......for one.

All critters with a backbone use this skeleton in a horizontal position...horses, sheep goats, dogs, fish. Then humans who are just naked apes, opted to stand almost all the time when awake. And if you live long enough, your lumbar spine will give you fits. It was never ever meant to be used in an upright position.

There are zillions of examples of this sort of "non-intelligent" design in all sorts animals, and the list is endless.

    Why here?

"Because saying that some sludge made itself into people is dumb, THEREFORE God (specifically, whichever one _I_ believe in) exists" that's why.

In the past, though less often recently, I've seen a lot of "If evolution is real, then how come there's monkeys?" in the Anthropology category, over in Social Sciences. (And, yes, they ALWAYS say 'if' -- as though it might not be true.)

I rarely hang out in the Science section because it's full of textbook questions posted by cheaters, rather than REAL questions.

Edit: NMDA posted "Where is your evidence?" a YEAR ago. And DID get answers (though not very many).

well thats an individual choice. im a theologian. and an ordained elder (though inactive in church) and i am very much a "witness" of jesus. well else can i go on Yahoo, where i can "share" what i know and possibly answer a few questions with absolute authority? !!!

if indeed it is true that all of them or half would laugh at us, thats a good reason not to go, most of us are not scientists because many are specialized in their fields of labor. or some are just students. science will never prove evolution is truth. its just another form of delusion invented by Luciferian worshipers who happen to lead atheists down a prim rose path of lies.

my opinion. but i think many R&S people would believe it.

i also think that R&S people shouldn't even answer a question that is not religious or inspirational or some kind of spirituality, maybe the evolutionists would go away!

Because the science section is full on stuff like chemistry, not creation the Big Bang would be in physics. It's like asking what would a fish be doing on land? It's just there. Most Christians aren't in the science category, and IMO should stay here. We know what it's like for people to come snooping into "our category" so most of us don't do it to atheists.

People who aren't really interested in understanding science ask science questions in R&S

  • No. They'd be mullered. Stating that I threw my potatoes peel in the bin and it went moldy but did not produce intelligent life therefore evolution is false and creationism is true does not constitute science.

Here is what you have mixed up.

Christians do not have any significant questions pertaining to creation. We get it. We believe it. Nothing more to discuss about it. We have moved on.

The only reason Christians end up discussing creation is because the atheist crowd keeps bring up the topic. Or asking, "Prove God is real." We are simply responding to their nonsense questions.

Here only half the people laugh at them. In the science section everyone will.
