Help/Advice for my Workout!?

I'm quite a tall, slim guy. I'm about 6'2 in height which is maybe 187cm. I'm really trying to bulk up all around. I can't afford the gym at the moment but I've started my own workout routine from home using dumbells and body weight exercises. I know the gym would be a big benefit but! I work out on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and sometimes Sunday. I also train for Football once a week and Tennis once a week. I eat a good balanced diet and I'm trying to consume more especially Protein and Carbs to help bulk out more. Do I just need to keep working hard? I've seen some small results in about 3 months but nothing dramatic. How long will it take to see some decent bulk up? Also, after a workout my arms seem to decrease in size and then like a day after go back to normal again? Anyone else get this too? Ok so my workout is :

Monday : 40 Squats, 10 walking lunges with weight, Attach weights to feet and 10 reps of those.

40 Sit ups, The Plank, Abdominal twists sitting down with weight, Bicycle kick with legs.

20 Hammer Curls (2 sets - 10 reps) , 20 Back supported shoulder press (2 sets 10 reps) , Alternated Bicep Curls ( 2 sets 10 reps) , Standing shoulder press (2 sets 10 reps) , Straight Arm Deltoid raise (2 sets 10 reps) Tricep Kick Backs (2 sets 10 reps) Crouched Deltoid row (2 sets 10 reps) Concentration bicep curl (2 sets 10 reps)

Friday : (Same as Monday)

What do you think of this workout? Do I need to increase reps or perhaps do some different exercises? I'm thinking of adding a Protein Shake in to the mix soon too to get more protein! Should I add anything to my diet? Also do I need to work out more times a week instead of 3? Everytime I workout I try to do it an hour or less as I read more than an hour is bad! I normally workout at like 12:30pm ish! Do I need to do it earlier or later? Any help would be gratefully appreciated! Thank you!!

    I am not an expert but I was recently trying to get my body toned and I came across this great site that gives many great diet and workout tips. Since then I am in so much better shape because they really show you what you are doing wrong.
