I can certainly appreciate your anxiety, it can sound pretty scary. In fact, anxiety may be contributing to some of thoughts now. Try to relax, deep breath. Understand this is not a death sentence. Many people do just fine with anxiety and ocd. Contact the physician and get referrals to mental health professionals. Or you can contact a crisis service line for referrals in your area. Try not to be alone. Isolaton at times like this can make it seem worse. Call parents, relatives, friends to see if someone can be with you, or talk to you on the phone. If not, contact one of the many 24/7 crisis lines.

You should talk to a psychologist about it and start seeing someone regularly. But my guess is it's related to the OCD and anxiety. If you were schizophrenic I don't think that particular idea would stop when you were feeling anxious about other things?

Go back to the hospital/doctor and get some medication.
