What should I eat on a diet? for my breakfast dinner and tea?

I have a treadmill im doing 2hours running a day aswell as drink 4-6 cups off herbal tea as peppermint and green tea aswell as water and doing weights with my dumbells will I start noticeing a diffrence with weight loss and muscle gain? Im a 19year old male 15stone 5ft10

    For breakfast, make an easy omelet. Peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli in olive oil; add omega-3-enriched or free-range eggs and diced turkey or chicken breast.

    Paleo lunches are easy. At the beginning of the week, make a huge salad with anything you like. A good starting point can be mixed greens, spinach, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocadoes, walnuts, almonds and sliced apples or pears.

    For dinner, try spaghetti squash as a substitute for any pasta recipe. Top with pesto, marinara and meatballs. Roasted beets and their greens make a great side dish for pork.

    Breakfast A healthy cereal, like cornflakes or Weet-Bix or others that aren't sugar ladened, oats and fruit, or toast. Morning tea Healthy sandwich like lettuce or tomato Lunch More sandwiches, or some soup and toast. Afternoon rea. Some fruit, and a small treat like apiece of cake or some biscuits. Dinner Meat and three veggies, the emphasis being on foods that are cooked in healthily ways. Skip the butter and milk in the mashed spuds, lean meats and chicken, plenty of veggies.

    Well for me it's always about the Paleo diet as this gave me excellent results. I was around your weight 2 years ago. Not in the mid 13's so happy with that need to try and push on into 12's.

    The exercise will pay it off keep it up.

    Post workout everyone feels ravenous and it’s an easy task to grab naughty treats. So keep healthy options such as beef jerky, almonds, walnuts and dried apricots with your bag and your car to get a well done nibble afterwards.

    Putting the effort into working out will give you more than just weight loss. You are also going to be making yourself stronger in many ways,within few weeks you will start noticing the difference.
