What's wrong with my bathroom taps?
First I have to turn on Hot slowly & carefully, and wait till hot comes. Then I have to turn Cold slowly & delicately until I have the temp I want. Total about 30 secs, unless needing adjustment, then turn it off and start over. Bldg usually fixes things but won't budge on this. They just keep demonstrating how to do it. Is there something I could buy that would fix it? Is the problem the taps or water pressure?
