How to prepare for a bike race?

I have this big race coming up in one month time and I haven't went ride for the last 3 weeks. Could some tell me what to do or give me a workout schedule...thanks

    If you're not at least 90% prepared for it right now - 3 to 4 weeks won't be enough time. Be prepared for a back of the pack finish.

    Do the race distance at a 70% race pace twice a week for the next two weeks. Mix in some shooter, harder rides and some longer endurance rides.

    Taper off the training a week prior to the race and stay off the bike for the last 3 day.

    Ride as much as you can taper off three days before the race.
