If you can, get a job in a bank in India, since apparently you are an Indian citizen. And Indian banks are about the only banks in the world doing any serious amount of hiring.

There are no jobs for foreigners in banking in Canada or elsewhere. Banking industry has been laying off people by the tens of thousands in a dozen or more countries. Plenty of Canadians looking for work in Canadian banks, and many have master's + experience. You'd qualify for no more than a teller position, or possibly entry-level customer service if you got into any retail management training program, in a local retail branch with a bachelor's, & bachelor's is not qualified for immigration to Canada anyway.

Extremely unlikely any foreign bank will hire you, even if you earn a master's degree because there are just too many people with loads of good experience looking for work after being laid off. So no employment visas possible, no grounds for immigration.

Try ICICI. Of course, you still have to be a better candidate than thousands of Indians trying to get jobs there. But Indian banks do hire, and - for example - US banks have laid off well over 100,000 over the past few years.
