Is it legal in the state of Virginia to park your camper in front of your house like this (picture included)?

this is the view from my house down the street and I was wondering if this can be done cause I am tired of seeing it

    Don't look!

    The property owner is not in violation of any state law, the trailer is parked safely on private property and is not harming anyone.

    You apparently want to control everyone and everything and force them do do what you want, rather than respecting their rights to do what they want with the property that they (NOT YOU) pay for.
