8 month old Lutron Dimmer and LED lights, random blinking?

I installed 4 LED ceiling cans (ecosmart) and new Lutron dimmer for CFL/LED for up to 150 watts 8 months ago. This week the lights started blinking, turning off then back on again. (single pole fixtures) The dimmer seems to be the problem, I can watch the side lights go down, flash, and up again.

It worked fine until now. Puzzled.

Any suggestions?

    I hate to ask this, but are the lamps rated for use on a dimmer?

    Bad connection to the dimmer , or a faulty dimmer...
