Help with what tablet to buy?

*If you are too lazy to read everything below here a the two main question*

Question 1: Would it be possible with a tablet that has an Intel based 64-Bit processor that is running both an android and windows OS (Coming early 2014) to run programs like Steam, Microsoft Office, and emulators such as VMware. Also for the purpose of playing indie games that were developed for the Windows OS.

Question 2: If this is not possible are the following links for tablets that I provided at the bottom what I am looking for is tablets that are any good as far as powerfulness, Screen, expandable memory via micro sd and stabilizability .

I am conflicted as to what tablet I should purchase for my specific needs, and if it would be better to wait for a more suitable tablet to come out next year. I am looking for a tablet that has the ability to run like an android tablet, but also has the capability to run common programs(Microsoft Office, Steam, etc.) and indie games that are only available on Windows OS. I am also wanting to run Windows programs like VMware so that I can run a virtual system for Linux and Mac OS's on my tablet. I know it is possible to emulate older versions of windows with relative ease, but windows 7 and 8 are a bit more challenging. If the tablet doesn't have an Intel based processor than the windows OS will be unusably slow even if the minimum requirements are met by the RAM and processing power. I know that currently there are tablets that run the RT windows OS, but other than a similar interface it has very little compatibility with normal windows programs.I have seen an article that Intel is developing a new line of tablets in 2014 that is able to run a 64-bit Intel processor and has both android and windows interfaces.(Article here: http://www.technobuffalo.com/2013/11/24/64-bit-and... This does seem rather ideal for the purpose in which I am buying a tablet for, however there are many factors that come into when they may be available to the public in retail. If this is a lost cause and playing indie games such as "Minecraft" (I know there is a pocket edition already) or even more simple 2D indie games that are only available on Windows OS or any/all of the above, just simply say that it is impossible. If it is all not looking likely to be possible I have been viewing several tablets that are to my liking and would like a second opinion on them. In these tablets I'm just looking for a powerful good looking tablet (Screen) that is easily customizable and have expandable storage via a micro sd card so that I could run emulations for specific programs that I may need and for smooth playable games/videos. beware of vapor ware. i think intel is hyping this to try and stem the market loss it has seen because of tablets. what you are describing is essentially a laptop with a network card, and that is available now. android and msdos are incompatible. get over it. tablets are cheaper BECAUSE they don't support hard drives and other windows legacy devices. there is no reason someone would want what you describe because owning a tablet and a laptop would be cheaper and run better than a half-breed design that incorporates the worst aspects of both operating environments.
