One of my lists is empty. I did not empty it. How do I get it back?
With the last upgrade, our firewall won't allow access to Yahoo Mail at work. As a result, I'm stuck using the "basic" version. That may have something to do with it.
By the way, that basic version is absolutely awful. There are about five things it doesn't do that the pre-upgrade version did and I'm quite seriously thinking about switching email services as a result. As for our people adjusting the firewall to allow Yahoo Mail in, that's not even a remote possibility.

It's not just one list, it's all my contact lists. Contacts are there as are the groups but in the basic version, the groups are empty. What's the point of having groups in the basic version if they're not usable???

I suppose if the firewall cannot be adjusted so you can get the Full Featured version you are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Basic is designed for those who do not have the computer power to run Full Featured so many options are missing.
Basic mail does not include these advanced features
Font size or type options (formatting toolbar)
Photo slideshow
Autocomplete
Spell-check
Messenger
Calendar
Notepad
Themes
