Sprint, verizon, and radio shack can't help with there little machines... usb is locked or developer mode is off. Cant turn it on cause broken screen doesn't work when you touch it.... thanks

Have you tried contacting Samsung about it and asking them? If not wouldn't hurt to contact them.
