is it possible to say " I are happy" ?

if so, what could it mean? and who might use such a sentence?

by how much is it different from I am happy?

    "I are happy" as a sentence is bad grammar.

    In a sentence like, "She and I are happy," it's a fine phrase.

    You can say the words but they won't convey any meaning
