Turkey stock jelly? Is this still usable?

I made turkey stock in my crockpot and I let it cook for 7 hours. It tasted great, looked great and then I put it in my fridge and I knew it would solidify some, but it turned into jelly. Is this normal? I know there is gelatin naturally occurring so what I did was put two cups in each freezer container I had and am going to freeze it. When I go to use it will I have to dilute it? Or will it get back to a nice liquid state once it thaws out and heats up in a pot? Thanks.

Update:

Thanks so much. Now I know how to make homemade stock and as simple as it was I am pretty proud of myself.

It is fine ... mine did the same thing ... that's what it does, and yes, it will melt into a liquid when it is heated.

It is suppose to do that. It means it is a very rich stock.

Its a great time to pick off the fat that has settled on top and yes it turns back into liquid when heated.
