i doubt tht there are any where you can use your same number, but i know of 2 that are very good.
1. TextNow. you can text (it will give you a number) your friends (you need wifi) and call, on TextNow voice, you need to either buy minutes or download apps to get minutes free. incoming calls are free( dont take any minutes) but outgoing calls do
2. TextFree pretty much the same as^^^^
