Well, the only negative effect of Christ ianity I could think off is all the deferent thousands of religions out their that say they believe in a god but argue about different points in the bible. Ether than that, I don't think their really is any Negative Affect on world History. In fact it is quite the opposite, What does world History and Wickedness effect Christianity?

Well, to start, in no particular order,

The supression of science and thought.

    Killing great thinkers.

    The spanish inquisition.

    The crusades.

    The slave trade.

Destruction of too many cultures to mention.

    Social stasis.

    Banking for the mob.

    Supporting corrupt regiems.

    Preventing simple disease prevention.

    Burning/stoning/crucifying people.

    Preventing birth control.

Stealing peoples belongings for not agreeing with them.

    Take your pick.

Because people would use the religions philosophy for the wrong reasons. This, would lead to genocide, mass murder, and war. Christianity was the most widespread in Europe. And when Europeans would go down to Africa for trade, they'd see the Africans culture and religion beliefs as odd, and try to convert them, the majority of the Africans wouldn't do it. Which lead to either war, or imperialism. Sorry if this response sucks. I was going somewhere with this, but...I forgot the rest.

  • Colonisation, forced conversions of various people around the planet, the crusades, the witch trails, the inquisition, the numerous people who were killed in Christian countries over the years for various "crimes against God" like blasphemy, heresy, being gay, etc.

This stuff is undeniable but I feel that's just the tip of the shitheap caused by this religion. I feel disgusted by the ideology itself - teaching billions to be mindless thought slaves to a god that doesn't exist, to live not for themselves, to constantly feel shame for being a dirty sinner, to spread the contemptible idea of faith over reason.

Screw the paper or whatever it is you're doing, i'll tell you what it is you should do. First, put on your favorite fedora, then you need to go out to the clubs. Go up to the first girl you see and start talking about this topic as well as how incredibly atheist you are. I guarantee that in no time you will be covered in women.

A lot of scientific knowledge was delayed due to church doctrine.

Well, it has been a source of extremism and it sometimes has conflicted with science. Hope this helps!
