also you should consider using a 64 bit operating system so you can use higher memory sticks
use intel for your cpu http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTool... its faster and more compatible

If you can afford it i would go for the FX chips or the APUs from amd and corresponding motherboard and gpu. Amazon has some pretty good prices.
