It's now a political office. They found a way to allow the ACA hold up by calling it a tax when it clearly was sold as something else. They were unable to uphold the law as a mandate that citizens purchase something, so the 5 most liberal justices twisted the law to suit the needs of the administration by calling it a "tax" and thereby allowing them to overreach their authority.

They no longer determine if a law is constitutional. Its all about keeping their job rather than doing the job right.
