Is Yahoo doubling the number of points for your answers during Dec.?
In order to make amends for all the points lost because of the "trusted member" reportings during the 11 months prior to Dec. Or is it their idea to cheer us up for Christmas? This question should be good for a minus 10.
Thanks Jonds. It never occurred to me to do that. That guy/gal that answered first has a lot more time to mess with Y/A than I do. I went the whole 9 yards more times than I can remember with my appeals and won about 10% of them. One question asked for a yes or no answer. My choice got reported, I appealed, and lost. That's crazy. Most times I simply got no reply. Like I said, waste of time.

Yeah, YA gives double points at Christmas time. I think it is because some people get go away on vacation and they don't take their laptops with them to go on YA. Gotta keep the peeps answering questions somehow !

Yes, I have gotten 20 points for BA and 4 points for answered questions, they have done this before.

Yes. It took me 3 years to get to level 6, extra points aren't going to get me to level 7 in my lifetime. I'm still trying to figure out how some people get to a level 7 in a years time. It's not because of best answers in this category.

Must be. I don't really notice points all that much, but I got a couple of BAs that said 20 points, not 10.

Yes, they did this several times in the past for the month of December as a gift from them.
They also give you double points for BA, votes too..

No it is a cruel, mean trick.Just means you got more to lose when that valued, trusted member wants to banish us from the colony.

I haven't heard that they will be doing so but they do, now and again, give us double points so it's a possibility.

Good, I'll save them up to help pay for my vacation. I don't even know if I get reported because it goes to my spam folder which I never look at.
