Have you ever been called by this number 767-275-9061?

Well I have received calls by this number to my mom phones only when I am home alone. Since it is my mom's I answer in Spanish but I get no answer. Then I say hello and I can hear an echo of myself; after I say something else I hear an echo again then the call ends abruptly. I just want to know if you have gotten this call from this number or from another number and if you guys know what it is.

    The number is from the capital city, Roseau, on the island of Dominica, in the Caribbean Sea northwest of Martinique. According to AT&T, it's a scammer, that when you call the number back, you incur exorbitant toll fees.

    Dude I get a call every morning from this Dominica number!! Its so annoying! I just answer but don't say anything and it hangs up

    couple of times .. they just hung up on me!!
