For my dinner tonight I have a small chicken breast that I will butterfly and season with S&P.

With that I will be having new seasoned vegetables, green peas, potatoes, broad beans and carrots.

As all of the vegetables will only take a very short time to cook and the chicken will only need a couple of minutes each side I will have to be on the ball to get them all ready at the same time.

I will be eating the peas shelled, but eaten raw.

I'm a big fan of all of your favorite foods and enjoy them often. Here are some other things I make as well:

    1. Roasted herb chicken, with fresh green beans and glazed carrots or roasted yams.

    2. Pork roast with an orange marmalade-dijon mustard glaze, rice pilaf, fresh green beans with onion and bacon.

    3. Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, spinach salad

    4. Grilled salmon with a teriyaki glaze, pineapple rice, sauteed edamame

    5. Potatos au gratin with ground beef and tomatos, steamed zucchini and yellow squash

    6. Grilled turkey Italian sausage and peppers over linguini, green salad

    7. Homemade pizza with your favorite toppings

    8. Tamale Pie, salad, Spanish rice

    9. Chicken Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Vegetarian chili beans

    10. Dressed up nachos (cheese, ground beef, jalapenos, sour cream, olives,), salad

    11. Thanksgiving meatballs (ground turkey mixed with prepared stuffing, formed into meatballs and covered with turkey gravey, baked), mashed potatos, glazed carrots.

    12. Porkchop and macaroni and cheese bake (brown seasoned pork chops, remove from pan, add onion and cook until golden, make 1-2 boxes of mac and cheese, add a tablespoon of mustard and extra cheese. Place mac and cheese in baking dish, top with pork chops and divide onions between each pork chop. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbling and cooked through)

    Enjoy!

Pork chops, beef steak or this chicken fruit salad below

    Chicken Fruit Salad

    Ingredients

4 grilled chicken breasts (season as you prefer), cooled and cut into cubes

1 lb. of mixed leafy greens such as Spring Mix or any lettuce type you prefer

1 cup each blackberries; raspberries; dried cranberries (unsweetened); and mango (cubed)

2 cup each mandarin (or tangerine) oranges (peeled and sectioned); cantaloupe (cubed); sliced strawberries; watermelon (cubed)

1 cup each cucumbers (chopped); radishes (diced); celery (sliced)

    Lemon Juice (to taste)

    Olive oil (to taste)

    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

1 cup pecans, cashews, or almonds or a mix (optional)

    Preparation Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, mix together all the fruits and vegetables. Add the cubed chicken. You can either add it cold or warm, but it is more flavorful and juicy when added warm. Add the greens and gently turn to mix the ingredients.

    2. Drizzle preferred amounts of lemon juice and olive oil over the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste to the salad. Again, gently turn the salad to blend all ingredients. Garnish with nuts. Serve as is or with your favorite dressing.

Meatloaf is disgusting. All meatloaf is disgusting. It's a disappointment to the culinary world. Meatloafs are essentially a turd of flesh.

    You should cook salmon pasta.

With angel hair spaghetti with no sauce use white wine some peas, some seasoning and herbs and half cut cherry tomatos a sprig of thyme some finely chopped shallots

all your cooking ideas seem VERY lazy
