Can I buy a crossbow?
I am a minor, 14 to be precise, and am looking into buying a crossbow. Is it legal for me, a minor living in Texas, to purchase a crossbow with no parent or guardian present? Thanks for you contribution.

Legality is less the issue than whether a retailer will sell you one.
And the answer is, most definitely, NO. I know of no retailers that will sell archery equipment to anyone under 16, and likely they won't sell to anyone under 18. Whether that's due to local law or due to their desire not to be sued, I don't know... But you need an adult to help you purchase.
