Please help me! My computer won't start after trying to do a refresh?
I tried to do a refresh yesterday and everything seemed fine until it was finished and restarted. It was stuck on the start up screen with the message "Welcome" and the circle spinning around to show that it is "working". It stayed like that with no change for 2 hours when I tried restarting again. I can't get to any command prompts or anything.
I have Windows 8. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm so frustrated since nothing is working. I don't want to lose my files and don't have a disk or anything since computers don't come with them anymore. :(
It's an alternative to system restore and recovery. I guess it's new with Windows 8
