how much is the court fee for legal heir certificate of an agricultural land .
I have met an advocate who says it's 6% of the govt value of the land and the other says its 1% for the agricultural land .
please provide some help with reference's

The fee is always low for agricultural land compared to other properties. 1% could be right but it may vary from state to state.

My opinion is little different or i m not sure about ur question:
Legal hire certificate can be obtain for Registrar office by applying an application providing and all relevant documents stating that you are legal hire of deceased person. What government value you are taking about.....that comes only if you sale the property. The purpose of legal hire certificate is initiate the succession certificate in court of law or do partition or sub registration. On the basis of ur limited question I can say this only.
