How does the browsing history from my old laptop appear on my new one?

I took my laptop back when it broke after 2 weeks. I swapped it for a brand new one.

I set it all up and suddenly a picture that we had on our old laptop appeared as the desktop background. Its not a windows picture, its a very particular pic.

Then when I was looking at the browsing history it goes back 2 weeks with all our history right there.

so, my question is, is this normal, because it didn't happen on the last one, or is my laptop haunted.?

    Either, you were just given back your old laptop.

    or, your sign in is the same as your old one.
