As long as your 100% sure that you are not related. Personally, I think it would be the greatest thing ever. The down-side is that if things don't go well, you are still stuck living together.

Well it's awkward since it's pretty close to home, but you're not really related so... How do your parents feel about it? If you have to hide it, then that's a problem.
