Where to get the wallpaper?
Have you played any game in which has three moving background ? The foreground wallpaper moves very fast and and the back of it has another background which move little slower than the previous background and there is this one more last background which move very slow. I want some this type of wallpaper for my android device which can move when I slide the background.
Some of this backgrounds you may have seen on street figher arcade machine or Angry Bird.

I hope I understood your question correct. This multi wallpaper move is called "Parallax scrolling".
'Parallax scrolling is a special scrolling technique in computer graphics, wherein background images move by the camera slower than foreground images, creating an illusion of depth in a 2D video game and adding to the immersion. The technique grew out of the multiplane camera technique used in traditional animation since the 1930s, and was popularized among video games in the 1982 arcade game Moon Patrol.'
