Careers Working With Troubled Teens ?

I would like a job working with teens with issues such and drug problems or something like that. I'm going to be a senior in high school and need to figure out what I want to go to college for. something like a juvenile probation officer of something like a drug teen counselor or something. I don't know the proper terms for jobs like this ... anything you can tell me. jobs, the type of major and minor I should get with a four yr college, and if you have personal expirence . thanks so much
