How long to get a UK Visa put in a passport?

Hi my husband and I successfully appealed a UK family visit visa refusal and he was asked to send his passport for them to put the stamp in. According to Worldbridge, the UK visa office received the passport on Wednesday, does anyone know how long it takes for them to put the stamp in and return it? He's in Germany (Düsseldorf). I am just wondering as I'd like him to be on a flight on the 21st so he's here in the UK by Christmas :-)

    As the decision has already been made and it's just a matter of creating the visa sticker and sticking it in, it shouldn't take more than a few days.
