I want to build my own labyrinth fish tank?
I saw the labyrinth fish tank & I thought it was a cool idea to test out. However, Im not trying to spend the retail price of $6,500. I was wondering if I could build my own with maybe 3 chambers instead of 5 & where could I get the supplies? Also, around how much would I spend on equipment. I know I would need the 3 bowls, the 2 tubes to connect them & the stands

Labyrinth fish are air breathing fish such as Bettas and Gouramies.
Multicompartment tanks for them shouldn't be too expensive, I assume you're exaggerating
with that amount.
You can build a tank yourself from plastic and the glue needed for sealing plastic, such as
silicone, should be all you need. But, I'm sure all the parts you need will wind up costing
more than a ready-made one.
I've build tanks in the past, and it really doesn't save money.

Not as easy as you think it is, plus the cleaning is complicated.
