1. Num lock
When you press the numpad keys without the num lock on, it will behave the same as the arrow keys. But when you open num lock, it will behave as typing numbers instead of navigation.
2. Caps lock
When I press the caps lock one time, MY TEXT WILL CONVERT TO CAPITAL LETTERS LIKE THIS.
3. When you press scroll lock, it will alter the arrows and most key functions. Better go to wikipedia to explain yourself. It is very seldomly used, so no worry.

Num lock Disables & Enables the number or windows keys on your Number Pad in the right
Caps lock switches your keyboard each Letters to be in Capital(Block) or Simple letters
Not fimiliar much with Scroll Lock - No offense please
