How to memorise something quickly and effectively?

Long story short - I'm a big procrastinating idiot and I need to memorise 6 paragraphs of Spanish for tomorrow. Anyone have any good tips/ advice for me!? Thanks in advance.

I did this for my Spanish speaking exam; last day memorising 400 words and still managed to get a B+

What I do is write it all over again for like 6 times then try to say it out loud with someone reading to make sure that you are saying It correctly. Then do this for 10 times, but if you say it wrong, start again. It will really help you :)

I've always had a difficult time memorizing things but I try to make visual references in my mind. This way it's kind of like a story instead of just straight up memorization of words.
