You are in a mortal fight with your deadly enemy. You are about to finish him up, kill him, and save the world, but someone transforms your enemy into a BABY!
Would you still kill your enemy, even though he's a baby, or would you let him in peace?
The baby is now totally harmless and you don't know if he'll grow to be a murder or a normal person.

Wouldnt that be quite twist. Kill the baby, and there is no way to prove it, and get
the chains.
Probably not. Murder is kinda illegal, as long as the baby can't rapidly shapeshift.

What does him being a baby have to do with anything? If killing it saves the world it doesn't matter what it looks like.

I would kidnap him and keep him hostage until he grows up to an age where I wouldn't feel bad to kill him.

I want to kill my enemy and i will if it will make me feel better about myself and not worse. :)
