Where can I get a 20gal long with a screen lid?
I can't find any ANYWHERE. And the things the very few I find online are like 100+ dollars not to mention very pricey shipping, and I don't expect to pay that much for a simple 20 gal aquarium.
(This would be for my corn snake.)
Petland, etc. only has, as far as I know, full fish/reptile kits which are too pricey for me.

Try searching the classifieds. Try calling all the pet stores near you, even if they only advertize "kits", they may have pricing for and be willing to sell you just a tank and a lid, or they may be able to order them for you for less than you can find them for online. Or, you could make a cage out of a Rubbermaid container or the like of suitable size.

Check craigslist. I've always found the best deals for aquariums on there. A petco 20 gallon sells for 50$ and the screen top is 20$ (new). On craigslist I see 20 gallons with screen lids go for around 20$ (miami).
