clothes coming out of washer more wet than normal?

did my laundry in an apt. complex and my clothes weren't sopping dripping wet but they definitely were wetter and heavier than the norm. I heard this has to do with a sock in the pump or something in the way of spinning. do you think this would interfere with the rinse cycle? I want to know if should rinse the clothes again because I am severely allergic to soap residue. if its just a spin issue I wouldn't mind because it wasn't wet to the point where I couldn't put it in the dryer but ive heard that if it is spin issue it could also have meant that it didn't rinse out properly. any help would be appreciated! thanks!

If you live in a complex

You need to report this in order to have it fixed

If your allergic to soap residue

You need to wash and spin the soap residue out

Or your skin will react to the build up

The spin cycle is not functioning properly.

Spin cycle is not working properly. Call a repairman.

I would just run them thru the spin cycle again. re-arrange them first, then let them spin.
