All is not lost!! I'm continually finding broken bits of old costume jewelry and fixing them up again. It looks like a fairly simple fix.

If the triangular piece is also metal, you could find someone with a soldering iron to put it back on for you (ask a guy with a messy garage or workshop, they're usually your best bets). Failing that (or if the triangle is of some material other than metal), I'd try either Krazy Glue Advanced or E-6000 (both would be in the glue aisle at the hardware store) and follow the directions to a T.

    Good luck!

Does the piece of metal join the necklace or is it just clamped on over it? If it is clamped on over it and the necklace is sound underneath, carefully pry it off with something sharp like a nut pick. Be careful not to scratch the necklace. Start by opening it at the seams then carefully stretch it so you can remove the chain.

If it joins the necklace and would cause it to break, don't do it. I can't see the back of the pendant, but it's looks possible to solder it back on or maybe even punch holes in it and sort of redesign it to make a new pendant.
