I did all the browser troubleshooting steps, tried 2 ISPs, 4 computers, 3 operating systems, 7 browsers, 2 yahooIDs, 3 groups. For example, TGrus group, both files in the

Files > autosend > to_be_deleted

folder. I click the trashcan icon, then the red Delete button - the file disappears from the list, then I refresh the page with the list of files, and the file reappears.

I suspect that Customer Care computers are connected to different servers (with different software or data access) than regular users in the rest of the world.

Another possible explanation is that it works with staff login (allowing access to any group) but doesn't work with regular yahooID. Echo, please Sign In with regular yahooID (not corporate login), start a group, upload any file, delete it, then refresh the webpage with the list of files.

They're just blowing smoke. They have a problem and they know it.

    Temporary workaround:

Create a Trash folder; use Cut to cut the file to the Clipboard; open the Trash folder and Paste the file there.

NOTE: If you have to Paste a file in Trash that already exists there, use the online Edit function to rename the file before cutting/pasting it into Trash.

When they finally get delete working, delete the Trash folder.
