  • deleted files reappear?

I did all the browser troubleshooting steps, tried 2 ISPs, 4 computers, 3 operating systems, 7 browsers, 2 yahooIDs, 3 groups. For example, TGrus group, both files in the

    Files > autosend > to_be_deleted

folder. I click the trashcan icon, then the red Delete button - the file disappears from the list, then I refresh the page with the list of files, and the file reappears.

I suspect that Customer Care computers are connected to different servers (with different software or data access) than regular users in the rest of the world.

Another possible explanation is that it works with staff login (allowing access to any group) but doesn't work with regular yahooID. Echo, please Sign In with regular yahooID (not corporate login), start a group, upload any file, delete it, then refresh the webpage with the list of files.

  • Deleting photos, albums, files, folders does not work - why a new bug was made?

I deleted files in neo in the past. But that doesn't work anymore. Deletion of a photo, album, file or folder doesn't work in both Firefox 25.0 and Opera 12.16:

The photo disappears, but reappears after clicking Save (with the error message at the bottom "Sorry, an error occurred while loading the content").

A file or a file folder disappears, but reappears after refresh of the file list.

Attempt to delete a photo album gets the same error message at the bottom after clicking the red Delete Album confirmation button.

Attempts to edit Schedule options or delete file from

Management - Control Panel - Notifications

also failed with small red error message "Invalid path." over the Scheduled Notification section though the folder name (only one level deep, no nested folders) and filename contain only Latin letters, underscore and dot, no blanks, no other symbols.

Two groups (TGrus and LenaKiev), on both I'm Signed In as the owner.

Just before writing this, I did all the browser troubleshooting steps

    http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SLN...

I tried Ctrl-F5 (full refresh - it helped in the past to remove a member), repeated the attempts to delete - also unsuccessfully, with same results.

Moderators of other groups also reported inability to delete files, folders, photos, albums.

At least file deletion worked in neo in the past. Did the programmers make a new bug?

  • Messages and Pending Messages broken?

Latest update of Groups software (few hours ago) broke displaying of plain text messages in Messages and Pending Messages (even in View Source). Everything between < and > is stripped out. Often that truncates a message. Characters < and > are stripped out too, including at the beginning of every line of a quoted portion of a message.

Messages and Pending Messages are completely broken and unusable!!

Meanwhile, use Groups via email, including moderation.
