Why claimed Completed?

claims "Completed" though really nothing was done. Why?

After Echo's reply, I made my mailbox lena6()lena.kiev.ua to bounce 13 messages. After that, 32 hours passed, Email Preferences claims "Total Bounces: 0", no Last Bounced Message; the Edit Member popup hasn't the Bounce History link. I.e. fresh bounces also are not shown if only part of messages are bounced. Intentional? Why?

How can members and moderators investigate causes of PARTIAL message loss?

System was not updated at all.

    Hi,

    That feature is currently working as intended. Thus, it was marked as completed.

    I see your comments about not seeing bounce history for your account, when there should be. You may have years old bounce history that's not showing, this is intentional. The history is only going to be since the entire system was updated due to the servers changing.

    Sorry if this is unsatisfactory but it is still accurate.
