Messages and Pending Messages broken?
Latest update of Groups software (few hours ago) broke displaying of plain text messages in Messages and Pending Messages (even in View Source). Everything between < and > is stripped out. Often that truncates a message. Characters < and > are stripped out too, including at the beginning of every line of a quoted portion of a message.
Messages and Pending Messages are completely broken and unusable!!
Meanwhile, use Groups via email, including moderation.
P.S. Truncation was fixed, but < and > characters are still stripped out. That makes quotes in plain text messages (with ">" at the beginning of each line) indistinguishable from replies.

Hi Lena,
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing message formatting issues in your groups, and I appreciate you taking the time to report the issue. After replicating this in my test group, I have escalated the issue to our Engineering team, so that they investigate the cause. Our goal is to resolve this, as quickly as possible.
I appreciate your patience as we work on correcting this, and I apologize once again for the inconvenience.

Not an answer, but Additional Details:
The < and > characters are also the standard delimiters for URLs, so with those stripped out the URLs in plain text get run together with the surrounding text.
The linkification of URLs is also stripping whitespace (spaces and line breaks) before and after URLs, making a hash of the header fields in View Source and breaking the formatting of message bodies. See for example:

As best i'm able to inform Yahoo! at the moment broke their forums. that is taking position in different communities as well. once an open bracket is encountered, it style of feels to purpose to *interpret* the bracket as some thing HTML-like, and therefore some thing of the message disappears to the ether. regrettably as well, Yahoo help looks to direct right here really than having any mind-set to easily telling Yahoo they have a real finished-blown trojan horse with their message archives.
