How to report a bug?

New bug in yahooMail: in FullyFeatured web-interface, if the "Insert Link" tool is clicked and the "Display text" field is left empty, then plain text part of resulting message doesn't contain full URL, only domain name. If "Display text" is entered then plaintext part of resulting message contains no URL at all, only the text. So, for readers who see the plaintext part, links are completely unusable. In particular, yahooGroups uses plaintext part of incoming messages for digests.

For a test, I copy-pasted a link to an image

https://www.flickr.com/photos/lena_kiev/8494473175...

and left the "Display text" field empty, plaintext part of message sent by yahooMail contains only name of the image and "www.flickr.com"; - useless:
