URGENT PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a math test tomorrow and I did all of the study guide (which is just like the test) except one

I don't understand it

PLEASE HELP

here it is:

Manar's test scores are 95,97,83 and 90 percent. If she must average at least 80 percent to get a B in the class, what is the minimum score she must earn on the next test? Set up an inequality and solve it to express your answer.

    (95+97+83+90+x)/5=80 Solve for x

    (95+97+83+90+x)/5=80

    (365+x)/5=80

    *5 *5

    365+x=400

    -365 -365

    x=35

    Manar must score a 35% on her final test. Seems low, but in reality, the math works out:

    95+97+83+90+35=400

    400/5=80

    I struggled with this to when I was in school. It helps to think of it as the opposite of the average. Take the average you need, multiply it by the number of final items, and subtract that from the total of the items you already have.

    Hope this helps! Good luck!
