Well, the obvious answer is to get shitfaced so you don't care. Just go out to the dance floor when its really crowded and do the typical guy side-to-side thing that you all do. We don't care about your moves.

Weird question. Here in the UK people don't wait for their friends to get up and dance, and guys definitely don't wait for all their other guy friends to hit the dancefloor. That would be considered a bit gay here.

Just get up and dance, even if the music is terrible. Be silly, have fun, dance badly. You don't need to approach any girls. Just enjoy the moment and have fun - make an idiot of yourself. Chances are that you'll attract some girls just for getting up on the dancefloor and being silly. Girls like a guy who is confident enough to do his own thing without caring about how silly it makes him look.

So when all your other friends are standing around thinking they're too cool to dance, you'll be up there bustin' some moves and making a fool of yourself. But at the end of the night, you'll be going home with a girl and they won't.

If you are good looking and dressed nice, just go and dance with girls. If you are a wallflower, you'll get nowhere and end up dating Rosie Palmer.

Screw your buddies...if they're "too cool" to dance...they're the ones gonna go home empty handed while you may go home with some numbers or a date!
