My boyfriend's eye is pink, but it's not pinkeye..?

For thanksgiving, my husband, mother-in-law and I went to Texas to visit my brother-in-law and the family and came back the day after. Since the 29th, half his eye was pink. I just assumed it was eye strain since he was driving.

Well, his eye is still red. Any idea as to what it might be?

    Well his eye is pink called Pie eyed. Or your boyfriend is tired from stayed up at night.
