I get a B.A but cannot reply or thank the asker why?
I can get the comments block to come up but it will not let me type there so am unable to leave a reply.

There are two ways.
1. Just click to choose that answer as the "Best Answer".
When you choose a "best answer"----you are allowed to type in a reply to the answer and thank them if you wish.
2. Click on the pencil icon (below your question) and you can "add to" your question, by typing in more info--or a reply--or a thanks.

You probably did not get a response to the other answer site because you question is not very clear. If what is below does not answer your question please submit another question and provide more detail. Especially explain "I get a B.A"...also, how are you trying to reply and where is the Asker loccated....are you referring to Yahoo Answer site?
