Problems with Putlocker?

Putlocker, Sockshare, Gorillavid - basically all the streaming links I've been trying no longer are working for me. They will load around 2 minutes of the show and then freeze. It looks like they are fully buffered but have only gone a little way before completely stopping.

I use them to keep up with my shows in america and catch up after missing seasons during uni.

So I'm wondering if there's something wrong or not updated with my computer? They all used to work excellently, and surely all of them can't be having a systems problem all at once. Any help is much appreciated, thank you.
