What are good ways to help you quit smoking cigarettes completely?

I recently quit smoking cuz I started having health issues. But didn't quit completely. I get stressed out a lot and worry a lot about stuff that's currently going on so I smoke...i used to smoke half a pack or a pack everyday. just want to see if anyone knows anything that will help you so you don't feel the need to smoke..

    just stop. In concept it might seem difficult...but in reality it actually isnt. If you get cravings to smoke, do something else to counter the craving. Eat something, or drink something. Anything that'll substitute smoking a cigarette.

    You need to quit completely. Switch to See's suckers. The trouble with just cutting back, patches or E-cigs, is that they keep the Nicotene in your system, which keeps you addicted. You need to never smoke another one again, so that your system stays free of this poison.

    i went the ecig route.. kanger evod starter kit for 40 bucks and then some juice ya like... i smoked 2 packs a day for 20-25 years and been on the ecig kick for a solid 3 months..gum is worthless as is hypnotist and patches...wellebutrin made me feel like i drank 6 pots of coffee..

    Here's a site that sells customizable e-liquid for e-cigarettes. They allow it so that you can order various levels of nicotine, or liquids with no nicotine at all, making it so that you could slowly reduce your intake over time until you can stop. (I recommend the milk chocolate or fruit flavors rather than the actual cigarette flavors.) Non disposable e-cigarettes from any brand can be refilled with this liquid.
